Morgan left yesterday for the Indiana Conference. In our prayers last night we asked Heavenly Father to bless Daddy on his trip. When Luke said the blessing on our dinner tonight, he said: "Heavenly Father, thank you for this day. Please bless it. Please bless the stromboli. Please bless Daddy on his trip and to bring back the Spiderman back pack and a Superman back pack. In the name of Jesus Christ, amen." This was the first prayer (or at least that I can recall) that Luke added his own personal wants to it. Morgan had told Luke before he left that Grandma was sending a Spiderman back pack for him and that he could have it when Morgan got back from his trip. So now Luke just can't wait to see Daddy in 3 more days!

Luke is so cute! Hyrum has started doing the same thing when he prays and whenever I start listing people we are thankful while praying he always stops me and has to add the names of his toys...Thomas the Train, Batman, Spiderman, Woody, Ariel, Belle, Cinderella...the list could go on all night if we let him. It's so fun to listen to kids pray and makes me so happy to know that they are understanding meaning of prayer even if it's being thankful for your toys.
That's funny... I bet he misses Morgan too. When Kristen was little she used to open her eyes and look around at everything and thank Heavenly Father for it ... she would say... Thank you for the book case, thank you for the pencils, etc... as a kid it was annoying, but now I think it is cute. We should play Settlers sometime if you get a chance.
Dang, you have cute kids! I really miss them...and you two of course. :) I can't wait until Dallin starts saying the darndest things.
